The Monica Buckley Memorial Foundation
The Monica Buckley Memorial Foundation has been established to promote the education of children and adults with learning disabilities, autism and other related developmental disorders. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for these individuals, and to provide support for their families. The Foundation has previously raised funds to build a group residential home and playground in Atlantic County, New Jersey. In addition, funds have been used for scholarships, supporting learning opportunities and services that aid the disabled.
As many of you know, the foundation has held several fundraisers in Moorestown, New Jersey over the past 5 years and we have so far raised over $100,000.00 for the Moorestown Parks and Recreation Center.
Your support enables us to continue to provide activities such as music therapy, food preparation classes, karate lessons and supervised social activities for special needs teens and young adults living in South Jersey. We also help fund after school and summer programs, which are so important for the entire family.
In an effort to continue our mission, we are planning another fundraiser for Wednesday, June 5, 2024, so mark your calendars! We are partnering with the Moorestown Recreation Department presenting a
Game Show Palooza Trivia night:
Time: 8:00-10:00 doors open at 7:00
Place: Congressional Clubhouse, 4310 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown
Cost: $50.00 per person, lite bites and prizes, BYOB — include names of participants in Venmo comments
Once again it promises to be a social and entertaining evening for everyone who participates!
